These are the front and back covers I layouted for The Blood Hack by Matthew Skail (DYS). The front cover images are game illustration (Creative Commons) and back cover's skull is Public Domain art. The DYS logo I created for Matthew myself.

The DYS logo is cool! What does it stand for? "Do it Your Self?"
I asked Matthew Skail and he told me:
Dys originally stood for Damn You Skipper (my old last name before my wife and I changed our last name to Skail). It was a joke from one of my players who would shout that when the ship hit the fan in our game. I always said if I ever published games I would call it DYS... So here we are. 😀
Also I liked how it sounded like DIS from hell. ☺
"Now you pray upon..." should read "Now you prey upon..."
You should point that to Matthew, I am just a layout guy
